Draco® DST is a module that in a single visual interface allows the operator of the client support area integrated the tools in an nonintrusive form: NOC, ISP, Support, Call Center.


With Draco® DST the operator of Draco OSS that provides technical support in Level 1 (direct to the subscriber), Level 2 (ISP) or superior level has the tools that integrated the information of:

a). RF Levels such as power and noise.
b). Bits Transference.
c). Delay of transmission (Ping).
d). Associate CPE´s Information.
e). Billing/CRM information.
 f). DOCSIS device status in corresponding CMTS.

 

How works Draco® DST

Draco® DST integrates a communication system that includes devices such as: DOCSIS, CMTS, Network of transport ISP and Billing/CRM. It shows in visual form, previous location of Billing/CRM, MAC´s, IP´s data the device that is desired to verify. It provides the monitoring and analysis in real time, in such a way that can be appraised the operational status, quality and problems in case of transmission, allocation, etc. Everything in a single visual tool, this replaces the past where the console of the cable modem, CMTS, Billing, etc.
