Draco® DBL is the module of the suite Draco OSS that is in charge to carry out totally automated integration in real time.

This module of Draco OSS has as purpose to get and to send data to and from the client’s Billing/CRM System.

How works Draco® DBL

Draco® DBL is in charge to realize the interconnection of Draco OSS with the Billing in two ways:

a). Manager for Data Base for massive processes (RBDPM)
b). API´s for WebServices usage.

For both, RBDPM and WebServices, exist a join work between companies or people of the client’s Billing/CRM System in order to do, to test and to put on in a functional way all the cases for the different uses: television, Internet and telephony.

In that way, the control is made totally automated, governed by the client’s Billing/CRM System and Draco OSS maintains the whole control of transactions in order to perform automated audits located into the HFC supplied networks and their comparative with the invoice product.

This automated conciliation allows having a perfect control of something different from the one invoiced. It also includes the functionality of a format for telephone numbers, which helps that be the same as the one that is declared to the regulatory organs of its Country.
