aClients Operations Analysis

Using filters by number of contract, system users, equipment information or contracted services it is possible to do an analysis of the operations that have been done, such as change in the type of services, subscriber’s address, services failure, reconnections, contracts, cuts, complains , etc, all of this in a period of time.

Based on these operations of the client it is possible to know if a node has any repeated problem, or if a series of contracts in a specific pole has register a lot of complains and also determine and find frauds or signal steal.

The system user selects the filter for doing the search of operations done by the service attention into the panel of control module.
