Module of complains
In the complain module is register the problems in the service or sign that a subscriber has. At the moment of register complain that requires a technical visit, the system user has the possibility to specify the date and hour that the client can receive the technician at home.
The system validates the status of the client in order to allow the register of complain. In some cases, when the client has an invalid status, it is not possible to register complains. The contract valid status is defined by the manager of the system.
