Module of complains

In the complain module is register the problems in the service or sign that a subscriber has. At the moment of register complain that requires a technical visit, the system user has the possibility to specify the date and hour that the client can receive the technician at home.

The system validates the status of the client in order to allow the register of complain. In some cases, when the client has an invalid status, it is not possible to register complains. The contract valid status is defined by the manager of the system.



The module allows observing the record of register complains by a client as a background for the technicians. Also it is possible to visualize in the same module the payment record, the detail of the products and equipment that the client has assigned.

How works

The user selects a list of possible register complains charge in the service catalogue according to the description of a fail by the subscriber. One select a type of complain the system gives it a folio, which the subscriber uses as a reference to follow up the request. The date and hour for the request are defined as well as some notes like any reference for the address.

Finally the system gives the option to print the order of complain service.
