Module of Control and Management of Users

The administration of the accounts by users for the platform of Aquila BSS counts on a complete system standardized by SOX, stays the control of the account by his estatus and/or use, date of loss, if it is a blocked account. It shows a report with the complete name of the user,

Id of login, present his estatus in the system, profile, date of loss and id of outsourcing and the name of the company in case of being it. The report can be exported to pdf, HTML, Excel and CVS (separated text by commas) for its later analysis

The administration of profiles, that is to say the permissions for each user of the system in function to the roll carried out within the company tells themselves, contains a time of session been worth by profile, estatus of use and date of loss of the system.

How works

The creation of the accounts and the profiles are carried out of simple way and fulfilling the norms imposed by SOX standard offering greater security to the system and data.
Aquila BSS® has a complete unit under the SOX standard, which into a multi-variable search shows valuable information of each existing account into the system that consists in:

  1. Date in which the movement in the platform was done.
  2. Name of the user (ID login).
  3. Complete Name.
  4. Profile of the user.
  5. Origin IP for connection to the platform.
  6. Manupulated Table.
  7. Performed SQL Action (ADD, UPDATE, DELETE).


This tool is of great benefit to have an internal control of the use of the platform detailing all the movements of each user.
