Having as an objective improve the time for the attention of clients, the orders analysis module allows getting information about the orders of services, analyzed them by the technician that cover it, register date, type of services, type of equipment, contract reference, signal status, among other filters. Also it is possible to visualize the attended order and the ones that are unresolved.
With this information are likely analyzed strategies points in the technical area in order to improve the orders attention in specific items as time reduction, or give training to the technical personnel to achieve better abilities or maybe reorganized technician groups.
