By means of an integrated IVR, Draco® DAUTV is in charge to inform to the technical installer that is ready to get the activation code (all this from the subscriber house and using the same e-MTA for validating the process).
The technician enters the code, and if it is correct, proceeds to verify the levels. If the levels are correct, Draco® DAUTV by means of their integrated mail notifies all the activation parameters of the service, also gives a feedback to Billing/CRM of the subscriber.
In case, that the activation code and/or the levels of RF are not correct, the e-MTA is suspended temporary without access to the wire net.
