Per each assigned order to a technician, is possible to visualized specific information of that order, as design information (node, sector, branch, and pole) or the address of the subscriber, as well as modify the schedule of attention for the order.
In a visual way, the agenda allows assigning orders to each technician, vehicles, that just to have equal workload to everyone. Also, it shows the orders per register date and gives them priority to those that register first.
I the same way, the agenda helps in the review of the technician and check the daily effectively and allows identifying uncover orders in a particular date.
Once, that the agenda is organized per each technician, it gives the opportunity to change the assigned time for each order, so if there is a reason of delay, the delay minutes are included on it and reorganized the later orders of a day.
How works
The system shows uncovered order in a range of a time defined by the administrator of the system. Even so, if the user wants to visualize the uncovered orders register in a period of time, has to select a range of dates.
Once that the uncovered orders are shown and organized per register date, it is necessary to select the technician who is going to cover them, the vehicle and in some cases el assistant. Probably en more than one time the begging of the orders will be in specific order that do not have coincidence with the entrance of the technician, so it is possible to define the starting of the orders.
