Services Catalogs
This module creates and defines the services that the enterprises can offer to clients, as change of address, location, connection, and removing, etc., assignation of tariffs, type of service, for contracts, cancelations and complain diagnosis, personal services and the period of it. It is possible to create an available service jus for a specific period of time, in the specific case of special offers, facilities maintenance, among others.
The catalogues allow assigning different type of contracts that has a valid service, they can be new, current or disconnected, etc, so a defining service is applied a contract with a specific status, in order to avoid incorrect assignations.
Also it is possible to assign the estimated time of a service; it helps to the technical area to organize its work schedule.
The services can be applied to different signals or products that are offer for the enterprise, so it is possible to have a services catalogue.
Signal and product catalogue
Signal and products offered by the MSO can be defined by their type, such as TV, Internet or Telephony, also assigned the price or tariffs, applicable taxes, their accountant rank in order to separate the bill of each signal, their effect and the parameters of each signal type, as velocity, upstream and downstream.
The creation of package or special offers combos is generated through join a specific number of signals that could be offer to the client in a more attractive price. Once they are grouped a percentage of the total combo prices are assigned to them. He created combos in this catalogue are show in system in order to be assigned into a contract.
Seller Catalogue
SIE Advanced BSS® allows to the seller register the MSO, it could be in the office or outside, assigning a profile to define the type of access that will have to the system. In this catalogue, the personal information of the seller is registered as well as the enterprise, corporative, branch and the city.
Technician Catalogue
SIE Advanced has the advantage of manage several corporative with many enterprises, so this catalogue defines corporative with information of its legal agent and the company financial data.
Corporative Catalogue
La definicion de los tecnicos se realiza definiendo el corporativo, empresa y ciudad al que perteneceran. La definición del técnico incluye datos personales, departamento al que pertenece y la jornada laboral.
Enterprise Catalogue
The Enterprise definition in the SIE Advanced BSS® is related with a specific corporative, so a corporative can associate with many enterprises in different country sans cities.
At the moment that an enterprise is registered with its financial data, is possible associate one or several cities where is going to be present.
Equipment Catalogue
The types of terminal equipment used by the MSO are defined by a corporative, where it is registered the model and brand. It is important mentioned that in this catalogue is it only defined the equipment. The inventory is where the equipment (number) that belongs to the enterprise according to the series number is register.
Geographic Areas Catalogue
The geographic areas in SIE Advanced are those street, colonies, cities, estates and countries catalogues. The importance of defining these entities is focus on avoiding that the system users give twice the same street with different spelling. That is the reason, why several modules of SIE Advanced BSS® use catalogues of geographical areas, as in contracts.
Charge Concepts Catalogue
The idea of charge concept is defining by the enterprise. Once, that the tariff and taxes are specified, it is necessary to select a rank for the concept, it means: contract, payment, reconnection or charge.
It is important define is accountable rank in order to separate the accounts for each concept at the moment that the client make the payment.
Vehicle Catalogue
The technical area has a specific number or vehicles that can be used in the outside work, which is whySIE Advanced BSS® allows register those vehicles, which can be visualized in the AGENDA and CONTROL PANEL modules, to be assigned to a technician or pair of technician, and identify the car that was used to cover services.
Material Catalogue
In the same way, it is related with the concept and validations come from the type of material that can be used, if it is required a post supervision, the control of estimated price, as well as the average time per task in order to work into an output and quality model.
