Once that the client or subscriber request any operation or service, the technical area is in charge of attending the order assigned it to a technician, to cover it in a specific date and hour, base on the daily workload. A technician can attend a specific number of orders in a day, which must close in the panel control module, defining the date and hour of covering, the vehicle and the distance, the materials, the technician and his assistant and any note about the service.

The procedure of closing orders is the generation of reports from the technical area, in order to measure the effectiveness and quality of the attention of the clients, also measure the time parameters in the order attention according to the type (installation, change of address and location, etc.), so that why is important.


How works

When the technician attends the orders that were assigned to him, the orders must be closed in the system, looking them for contract number, personal information of the client or by technician.

After indicate the materials used by the technician, the vehicle, the initial and final kilometers, date and hour of attention as well as the covered services the system allows closing the orders.
