AUTHORIZATION AND USERS

SIE Advanced BSS® had been design with high security standard, with the objective of protecting the information of the system and limit the access of estranges into the system.

For that reason was created the Users and profile Catalogue. The profile catalogue  define the authorizations for accessing a specific modules of the system, in that way it is possible to restrict the access to those that would be used by a director or administrator from those that should use a cashier or personnel for attending clients.

The user catalogue, it is possible to register those people that will use the system, giving them a login and password, with this there is no just a restriction of the access to some modules when a profile is assigned, but also it is possible to identify the actions made by a specific system user.

If it is detected an incorrect used of the information or the access to the system, the user can be blocked. Once defined the user and after having assigned a profile, at the moment that access to the system, in the main menu must appears the options that have permission to enter, in that way is avoiding that know about more options of the menu.

SIE Advanced BSS® has a timer that is activate when the system is inactive showing a specific screen or module. The session automatically closes and the user has to enter again.

How works

In order to define a profile is needed assigning a name and later on assigned the menu options that already has access. For the user catalogue it is necessary to register personal information, to assign a profile of access to the corporative, enterprises, cities and branches. Finally it is necessary to define the password for that user.
